Animal Clinic in Newmarket

We provide veterinary exams and check-ups for a variety of medical needs in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Pet boarding is offered 365 days a year, so in the event that you leave town your four legged buddy is safe and sound with us.

Our Animal Clinic Provides On-Site Diagnostics and Quick Results

We provide all types of diagnostics with same or next day results. This includes blood tests, x-rays, ultrasound, urinalysis, wellness testing, electrocardiography and more. In addition, we also recommend wellness testing for your friend, tailored to their age.

This type of testing requires work done in our on-site laboratory. It helps to detect underlying diseases or conditions that are not yet apparent on a physical exam. Pets tend to hide signs of illness – it’s just how they are. As a result, early detection of health problems is the key to your pet’s quality of life. Ask us about an early diagnostic check on your pet. The more you know now, the better.

We offer the care and time needed to guide you through the process of vaccinations. As such, your pet is protected from contagious diseases that can harm them or even be life threatening. Newmarket Animal clinicOn-site surgery services include: spays, neuters, soft tissue, orthopedic, pet dentistry, and more…

Surgeries are performed in a fully-equipped surgical suite under the guidance of a veterinarian and technicians.  This includes heart rate, respiratory rate, anesthetic depth and more.

Moreover, your friend is always monitored with an ECG (electrocardiogram), blood pressure monitor and pulse oximeter. In essence, this allows us to measure oxygen saturation in the blood. Thus your pet’s safety and well-being is of utmost importance to us.

Radiology is another area of interest for us. And when you arrive at our animal clinic, pets that require x-rays can have them done on the spot. We are also equipped to offer an ultrasound examination allowing us to scan the chest and abdomen.

Microchipping is also provided at our animal clinic. Microchip implantation can be done during an office visit or surgical procedure. It’s safe, simple and identifies your pet for life. Here’s how it works: Microchips are gently and painlessly implanted with a needle under the skin and between the shoulder blades of your pet. And Microchipped pets are easily identified and their owners contacted immediately if their pet is missing.

Prescription and premium pet diets and animal health care products are available and at times, recommended. As well, we assess each pet on a case by case basis and monitor their individual dietary needs. This ensures a high quality of life and longevity for your pet. From dental products, to skin coats, to diets that manage specific diseases, we have your four legged friend covered.
